I am a producer and would like to sell tickets through Arts Tix- How can I do this?
Where is the Arts Tix Box Office?
Arts Tix is located in Downtown San Diego at The Lyceum Theatre in Westfield Horton Plaza. The address is 79 Horton Plaza, San Diego, CA 92101.
Parking is available in the Westfield Horton Plaza Parking Garage. You may enter the parking garage from 4th Ave. or G Street. Parking validation for three FREE hours of parking is available inside the mall Mondays through Sundays from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm, and Sundays. Otherwise, parking is $8 per hour. Metered parking is also available along the adjacent streets.
When can I get tickets?
Ticket availability and discounts are at the discretion of the producing company. Typically, tickets can be purchased until two hours before curtain time. Purchased tickets will be available at the venue's ‘Will Call' location 30 minutes prior to curtain time. Arts Tix online is available 24/7.
Can I get a refund or exchange tickets?
There are no refunds. Limited exchanges are available for a $5.00 processing fee. Exchanges must be for shows of equal or greater value.
What is the service charge?
Arts Tix fees range from $2.00 - $10.00 per ticket, depending on ticket price, discounts involved, etc. This fee is the Arts Tix admin fee. The money goes back to the local arts community through programs offered by the San Diego Performing Arts League. How do I know where I am sitting?
Tickets sold through Arts Tix are assigned by the producing organization / venue at the time they determine. For the most part, there are no bad seats in San Diego theatres.
How do I pick up my tickets when I buy online?
Your tickets will be available at the venue's Will Call 30 minutes before the event. Your ticket receipt or confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase. Please bring your ID to Will Call as your tickets will be held under your name. Your ID gives you access to your tickets, not your ticket receipt or confirmation email.
Why didn't I get a confirmation screen at the end of my order?
You have a time limit to complete your order (each screen on the Arts Tix site designates this time limit). If you don't complete your order in that time, the tickets are released back into the system and you have to start over again. If your credit card transaction fails, the Arts Tix Concierge can aid in placing your order over the phone.
